Job summary

Arkhe Games, a fast-growing mobile game studio, seeks a Game Developer with a strong marketing focus to create playable ads, optimize creatives, and improve game performance through data-driven iteration.

You will work at the intersection of development and marketing, collaborating with marketing and product teams, integrating SDKs, and driving growth across hyper-casual and casual titles. Based in Mersin, or able to work full-time from our Mersin office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in mobile game development.
• Strong experience with Unity.
• Experience with playable ads or marketing-focused development.
• Strong analytical thinking and a data-driven mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop playable ads and marketing creatives.
• Analyze and optimize game metrics (CTR, CPI, and more).
• Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams.
• Contribute to rapid prototyping and iteration cycles.
• Integrate and manage SDKs (analytics, attribution, ads).
