Job summary
UserWise is seeking a sharp UA Creative Strategist in Turkey to stay ahead of mobile game advertising trends, translate insights into strong ad concepts, and guide cross-functional teams. You will work with internal and external creators, editors, artists, and AI tools to drive a constant pipeline of tests and hypotheses.

Qualifications
- 3–5 years in mobile games, performance creative or closely related field.
- Strong understanding of mobile game UA creative and performance advertising.
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
- Ability to turn insights into clear creative hypotheses and briefs.
- Familiarity with AI tools in creative workflows.
Responsibilities
- Own UA creative direction with a pipeline of new ad concepts, hooks, formats and hypotheses.
- Decide which ideas to produce based on market trends and data.
- Build a weekly creative roadmap for production.
- Provide strong direction and feedback to editors, designers and external agencies.
- Write production-ready briefs, scripts and references.
