Job summary

Miniclip, Izmir office, is seeking a User Acquisition Specialist to join the Marketing team on-site. You will manage end-to-end UA campaigns for mobile games, analyze ROI, and optimize across multiple channels. Strong English, 6+ months in paid digital marketing, and familiarity with tracking tools are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of paid digital marketing or media buying experience.
• Prior experience in app business or gaming.
• Knowledge of marketing channels such as Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads, AppLovin, Unity.
• Experience with tracking tools like Appsflyer for mobile ad campaigns is a significant advantage.
• Having prior exposure to a soft launch will greatly benefit the candidate.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full UA process for a mobile game and plan/execute user acquisition campaigns.
• Oversee acquisition marketing campaigns across multiple mobile channels.
• Produce comprehensive UA reporting, analyze ROI and identify new opportunities.
• Experiment and analyze campaigns for existing and upcoming games.
• Run multiple marketing tests and present results with concrete recommendations.
• Use data-driven insights to enhance performance through targeting and segmentation.
• Develop briefs for new ad creatives and oversee production of marketing material.
• Manage day-to-day communication and reporting with business relationships.
