Responsibilities

• Manage product-level P&L, budgeting, demand forecasting, and supply planning.

At Cornerstone International Group Türkiye, we are partnering with a leading company in the rare diseases sector to recruit an experienced Medical Manager will be in charge of Patient Journey.

We are seeking a senior professional who combines scientific expertise, proven Market Access experience, and strong commercial and strategic capabilities to improve patient access to innovative treatments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute patient journey and access strategies, identifying barriers from diagnosis to treatment.
• Contribute to Market Access, pricing, and reimbursement strategies.
• Support new product launches, business development, and portfolio opportunities.
• Translate clinical and market insights into actionable business strategies.
• Manage product-level P&L, budgeting, demand forecasting, and supply planning.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives involving Medical, Market Access, Commercial, Finance, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams.

Candidate Profile

• Proven, recent, and hands-on Market Access experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and commercial awareness.
• Solid understanding of the Turkish healthcare and reimbursement landscape.
• Experience in cross-functional leadership, financial planning, and product strategy.
• Ability to independently manage complex responsibilities from day one.
• Medical or pharmacy degree preferred.
