Job summary

Cornerstone International Group Türkiye is seeking a Medical Manager to lead the Patient Journey with a sharp Market Access background, strategic vision, and hands-on leadership to connect science, business, and patient needs.

You will shape pricing, reimbursement, and access strategies, lead cross-functional teams, and translate clinical insights into actionable plans to improve patient access in Turkey.

Qualifications

• Proven, recent Market Access experience in pharma or healthcare.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking for access and pricing.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and translating clinical data into strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute patient journey and access strategies across diagnosis to treatment.
• Contribute to Market Access, pricing, and reimbursement strategies.
• Support new product launches, business development, and portfolio opportunities.
• Translate clinical and market insights into actionable business strategies.
• Manage product-level P&L, budgeting, demand forecasting, and supply planning.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives involving Medical, Market Access, Commercial, Finance, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams.
• Develop projects that improve patient access and treatment continuity.
