Job summary

Randstad Türkiye seeks a Patient Journey Manager based in İstanbul to lead and optimize patient journey strategies for rare disease programs within the pharma sector. You will manage cross-functional teams, collaborate with KOLs, and drive program development from concept to execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in medical field (Medicine, Pharmacy, etc.).
• Minimum of 10 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry; rare disease or specialty care is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a managerial role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience working with AI data analytics tools is a plus.
• Fluency in Turkish and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Map the Patient Journey for assigned disease areas from A to Z.
• Develop market size estimates and patient funnel.
• Analyze patient journey and identify barriers.
• Develop and coordinate lead patient journey solutions and programs.
• Submit product supply forecasts.
• Prepare long-range financial forecasts.
• Manage P&L for assigned products.
• Co-create access pricing strategies.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholder management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs.
• Align on work plans to achieve company objectives.
• Support Principal Companies in strategy and tactics.
• Generate insights and report to senior management.
• Prepare relative business cases.
• Develop and execute community engagement programs.
• Conduct disease awareness diagnostics.
• Optimize performance processes.
