Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a commercially driven HVAC Sales Executive to accelerate growth across the Marmara Region.

You will develop new business opportunities, expand market presence, and drive sustainable revenue for Chillers, AHU, FCU, and Rooftop solutions. This hunter role involves building relationships from scratch with industrial end users, consultants, contractors, and investors, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years sales experience within the HVAC industry.
• Strong product knowledge in Chillers, AHU, FCU, Rooftop Units, Cooling Towers, Pumps and Valves.
• Proven experience in developing new business and acquiring new customers.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong technical solution-selling capability and ability to advise customers on HVAC solutions.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills.
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel frequently within Marmara region.
• Completed military service for male candidates.

Responsabilités

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across the Marmara Region.
• Proactively approach industrial customers, consultants, contractors, and key decision makers.
• Promote and sell HVAC solutions including Chillers, AHU, FCU, Rooftop Units, and related systems.
• Prepare competitive technical and commercial proposals aligned with customer requirements.
• Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and contract closure.
• Collaborate with internal engineering, operations, and service teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
