Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a commercially driven HVAC Sales Executive to accelerate growth across the Marmara Region.

You will develop new business opportunities, expand market presence, and drive sustainable revenue for Chillers, AHU, FCU, and Rooftop solutions. This hunter role involves building relationships from scratch with industrial end users, consultants, contractors, and investors, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years sales experience within the HVAC industry.
• Strong product knowledge in Chillers, AHU, FCU, Rooftop Units, Cooling Towers, Pumps and Valves.
• Proven experience in developing new business and acquiring new customers.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong technical solution-selling capability and ability to advise customers on HVAC solutions.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills.
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel frequently within Marmara region.
• Completed military service for male candidates.

You will work closely with industrial end users, consultants, contractors, and investors, representing one of the world's leading building technology companies.

How You Will Do It
