Qualifications

• 0–2 years of relevant experience in CRM, loyalty, digital marketing, campaign operations, partnerships or reporting.
• Willingness to learn new systems and approaches.
• Basic SQL skills: SELECT, WHERE, JOIN, GROUP BY for simple reports.
• Working knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables and lookup functions.
• Working knowledge of PowerPoint to create clear presentations.
• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot) for research and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup, execution and monitoring of loyalty programmes, offers and CRM campaigns.
• Configure and test campaign rules, customer eligibility, rewards and communication flows.
• Prepare customer segments and audiences for targeted communications across channels.
• Maintain campaign calendars and coordinate deliverables with teams and partners.
• Identify brand partners and conduct outreach and discussions for offers and campaigns.
• Prepare partnership proposals and presentations and support negotiations.
