Workforce İnsan Kaynakları seeks a Business Development Engineer to drive market positioning and multi-channel marketing for a product range. The role involves representing the brand internationally, producing sales and marketing content, and supporting all stages from launch materials to operations.

You will research customer behavior through digital channels and evaluate new market opportunities to translate them into concrete projects, collaborating with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial Engineering).
• Strong business development orientation with cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent English with ability to deliver presentations.
• Versatile thinker; acts as strategist and as project manager when needed.
• Proactive, self-motivated and eager to learn and develop.
• Able to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.
• Willingness to travel with no restrictions.
• Residence in Ankara.
