Job summary

Mesa Holding is seeking a seasoned Marketing Lead to drive all marketing activities from project positioning to media planning and CRM management. You will coordinate with Sales, Project Development and management teams to align messaging and campaigns across channels.

The role requires hands-on experience in real estate or high-value consumer segments, strong analytics, and the ability to manage budgets and agencies.

Qualifications

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Experience in marketing for real estate or high-value consumer sectors is preferred.
• Experience with project launches, positioning and marketing planning.
• Strong knowledge of media planning and buying both online and offline.
• Experience in digital marketing, CRM, lead management and customer segmentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage marketing plans and budgets for projects.
• Plan and manage project launches, including positioning, target audience, key messages and communication plans.
• Follow market trends, competitors and customer expectations to support marketing and sales decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales and Project Development on project positioning, segmentation, pricing communication and sales plans.
• Plan and manage media planning and buying across digital, outdoor, print and other channels.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns and monitor lead generation, lead quality and sales conversion.
• Oversee CRM, lead management and customer communication with the Sales team.
• Prepare marketing materials, campaigns and launch content for websites, brochures and presentations.
• Lead brand management, social media, PR and corporate communications activities.
• Coordinate agencies (creative, PR, media planning/buying, digital) including briefs, budgets and performance.
• Head the Marketing and Corporate Communications team and oversee day-to-day activities.
• Produce regular marketing, media and campaign performance reports for management.
