Job summary

We are seeking a Production Engineer to join the Supply Chain team in Elazığ. You will plan and coordinate maintenance activities, develop preventive maintenance schedules, and lead a high performing maintenance team to deliver value and continuous improvement.

You will ensure compliance with health, safety, quality and environmental standards, while managing budgets and KPIs. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical or Mechatronics, 3–5 years of experience,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
• Strong problem solving, planning and decision making abilities.
• Knowledge of utilities principles and field techniques.
• Familiarity with auditing standards, laws and regulations.
• Experience with PLC and SCADA automation systems.
• Autocad skills are a plus.
• Data analytics capabilities.
• Turkish and English proficiency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• 3–5 years of related experience.
• Willing to be located in Elazığ.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate maintenance activities across facilities.
• Develop and lead a Planned Preventive Maintenance schedule and a maintenance team.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards.
• Develop safety procedures and ensure team adherence.
• Manage and coach a high performing maintenance team for continuous improvement.
• Foster team development and internal/external stakeholder relationships.
• Prepare annual maintenance budgets and CAPEX proposals.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, reporting, and optimization.
• Schedule internal/external work to maximize planned downtime.
• Ensure preventive maintenance of electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Maintain building, plant and facility readiness and provide proactive solutions.
• Coordinate utility machine maintenance and plan corrective actions.
• Ensure GMP compliance and minimize costs and losses.
