Job summary

We are strengthening our team at our location in Arifiye/Sakarya. ZF Group seeks a Maintenance Engineer to repair and maintain assembly systems, machining centers and press shop, and to analyze complex electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical issues.

You will read drawings and select replacement parts, disassemble and reassemble components, and execute maintenance plans while documenting results. English and Turkish fluency is required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience in maintenance.
• Experience with programming and analysis tools.
• Familiarity with safety instructions and safe handling of hazardous substances.
• Initiative, independence, and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good command of English and Turkish, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintenance of assembly systems, machining centers and press shop.
• Analyzing and resolving complex electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical issues.
• Identifying and implementing improvements in the maintenance process.
• Reading mechanical drawings, pneumatic and hydraulic documents, electrical schematics, part lists, and selecting replacement parts.
• Disassembling, cleaning, repairing, reassembling, and adjusting mechanical components and individual parts based on drawings.
• Independently executing existing maintenance plans according to work instructions (WI) and documenting results.
• Machine relocations and transportation.
