Job summary

Banvit MBRF, a leading global food manufacturer with facilities in Bandırma, İzmir and Elazığ, seeks an Electrical & Electronics Maintenance Engineer. You will develop and update maintenance plans, perform reliability analyses, and manage spare parts while adhering to safety standards.

The role requires 2-3 years in an industrial plant, PLC/HMI programming expertise (Mitsubishi/Siemens), SAP PM familiarity, and advanced English.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or related field.
2-3 years of experience in an industrial plant with preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
Knowledge of PLC and HMI programming (Mitsubishi and Siemens).
Familiarity with SAP PM module.
Knowledge of PDCA and Cause-and-Effect Diagram.
Advanced English proficiency.
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willingness to work outside regular hours and weekends.
Resident in Bandırma or open to relocation.

Responsibilities

Develop and update maintenance plans and standards, review maintenance frequencies, and implement routines.
Perform systematic analyses, e.g., fault tree analysis, to improve reliability.
Support spare parts management, including inventory optimization and localization.
Establish and monitor maintenance targets and KPIs.
Monitor and control maintenance budget.
Promote maintenance best practices and support technical training programs.
Comply with health and safety policies and report hazards and incidents.
