Job summary

ZF Group in Sakarya is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Arifiye site. You will maintain and repair assembly systems, machining centers and press shop equipment, applying your expertise to keep production running smoothly.

You will read drawings and schematics, identify issues, implement process improvements, and document results while working with safety standards. English and Turkish proficiency is required, along with teamwork and initiative.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience in maintenance.
• Experience with programming and analysis tools.
• Familiarity with safety instructions and safe handling of hazardous substances.
• Initiative, independence, and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good command of English and Turkish, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintenance of assembly systems, machining centers and press shop
• Analyzing and resolving complex electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical issues
• Identifying and implementing improvements in the maintenance process
• Reading mechanical drawings, pneumatic and hydraulic documents, electrical schematics, part lists, and selecting replacement parts
• Disassembling, cleaning, repairing, reassembling, and adjusting mechanical components and individual parts based on drawings
• Replacing defective components (pumps, motors, valves, etc.)
• Independently executing existing maintenance plans according to work instructions (WI) and documenting results
• Machine relocations and transportation
