Job summary

Flender AS Turkey is seeking a skilled individual for mechanical and electrical assembly. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience and be resident in Adana. Responsibilities include assembly of components, preparation for delivery, and maintaining workplace cleanliness.

Job Responsibilities

• Assembly of mechanical and electrical components
• Preparation of the products for delivery
• Filling out supporting documentation such as checklists
• Report machine and device failure to management
• Maintain order and cleanliness in and around the own workplace, in the production hall and premises within its part, and take all necessary measures to respect quality standards, environmental protection, and occupational safety and health in its field of work

Requirements

• Experience: At least 5 years in electrical and/or mechanical assembly
• Education: High School, Industrial Vocational High School, or Vocational School
• Residing in Adana (Center) / able to work in shifts and adapt to overtime, when necessary
• Having a MYK Certificate for the associated branches is a plus
• Experience performing electrical and/or mechanical assembly operations on machinery production
• Knowledge of assembly drawings and assembly chemicals
• Strict adherence to work safety rules
• Team‑oriented, careful, and responsible
• Preferably possessing crane, industrial carrier (forklift), and steel welder certificates provided by MYK (Vocational Qualifications Authority of Türkiye)
• English language knowledge is an advantage
