Job summary

MINDPICKED is assisting our partner in Sakarya by finding an Automation Project Maintenance Executive to lead the maintenance team and coordinate projects in a manufacturing setting.

The role requires a strong electrical-electronics background, Siemens automation knowledge, and hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Matlab/Simulink, and project management tools. Residency or willingness to relocate to Sakarya is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in automation/project maintenance.
• Degree in Electrical-Electronics Engineering.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Knowledge of Siemens automation infrastructure (S7 300/400, Sitrain).
• Experience in industrial chemical plants preferred.
• Willing to relocate to Sakarya or Izmit.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and 3D programs.
• Experience with Matlab/Simulink, Reliasoft/RCM++ & RBI, MS Project, Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project management processes to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
• Identify new investment opportunities and improvement needs.
• Propose technical solutions to address processes.
• Perform preliminary engineering with cost calculations and schedules with budgets.
• Evaluate machinery/service specifications and pricing from suppliers.
• Manage design, implementation, testing and field activities of projects.
• Monitor subcontractor activities in the factory during execution.
• Lead the maintenance team (7 blue-collar workers).
• Prepare documentation and provide training for new machinery and systems.
• Perform root cause analysis for SHE alongside maintenance.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, R&D through regular meetings and track end-to-end processes.

Job Description:

• Conduct preliminary engineering with cost calculations, and prepare schedules for investment and improvement projects with budget forecasts,
• Evaluate the technical specifications and pricing of machinery/services proposed by different suppliers,
• Manage and supervise the design, implementation, testing, and field activities of projects,
• Monitor and manage subcontractor activities in the factory during project execution,
• Lead the maintenance team (7 blue-collar workers),
• Prepare necessary documentation and provide training for new machinery and systems,
• Perform root cause analysis for SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) applications concurrently with maintenance,
• Establish and maintain coordination with other departments (production, maintenance, R&D, etc.) through daily or weekly meetings, set up and track project process from start to finish.
