Outpost Technologies, Inc. is expanding its Turkey team with a Finance & Operations Manager in Istanbul. This hands-on role covers local statutory accounting, tax compliance, and day-to-day operations, while collaborating with global finance and commercial teams.
You will lead onboarding, banking relationships and regulatory interactions to support growth in Turkey. You will work cross-functionally with external advisors and Turkish regulators, ensuring VAT, e-Arşiv, e-Fatura, and inflation
Outpost is cross-border commerce infrastructure, built by veterans of Revolut, Adyen, Airwallex, and Wayflyer. We operate dedicated local entities across 58 jurisdictions, giving enterprise merchants access to local acquiring, alternative payment methods and full tax compliance through a single integration. We handle the local complexity so merchants can focus on growth.
We are building a local team in Turkey and are growing fast. This is a foundational hire for our Turkish operations.
You will serve as the on-the-ground owner of Outpost's Turkish entity, responsible for keeping it compliant, financially healthy, and operationally sharp. You'll collaborate closely with global ops, finance and commercial teams, plus external advisors including Turkish legal counsel.
