LBF Partners is seeking an Associate to join our Corporate & M&A team in Istanbul. You will work on transactional matters, conducting due diligence, drafting agreements, and coordinating with clients and counsel.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of Corporate & M&A experience, is fluent in Turkish and English, and demonstrates strong analytical, research, and time-management skills, with a professional approach and team spirit.

Qualifications

• At least three years of Corporate & M&A experience.
• Law degree from a reputable law school.
• Fluency in Turkish and English at a professional level (IELTS 7.0 or TOEFL 100 preferred).
• Ability to manage a heavy workload of complex matters.
• Strong analytical, research, reasoning, and reporting skills.
• Proactive team player with strong problem-solving and time management.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethics.
