EY-Parthenon in Istanbul seeks Senior/Manager to join its M&A team, focusing on execution of transactions, financial modeling, and client guidance.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, draft marketing materials, lead valuation analyses, and coordinate due diligence, with opportunities to work on domestic and international deals.

Ideal candidate has 4+ years in corporate finance or deal advisory, excellent English and Turkish, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a finance, business, engineering or related field with strong quantitative focus.
• Master's degree in Finance or MBA is a plus.
• 4+ years of work experience in corporate finance, investment banking, deal advisory, business development or strategy.
• Strong financial modeling and three-statement analysis skills; proficient in Excel.

Mansioni

• Work in a telescopic team structure on multiple M&A projects, focusing on transaction execution and business development.
• Draft marketing materials (teasers, information memoranda, management presentations) and potential pitch decks.
• Lead financial modeling and valuation exercises for current and potential clients.
• Assist in full transaction execution, coordinate due diligence phases, and act as main contact.
• Participate in external meetings and support client interactions.
• Supervise and coach junior staff to enhance contributions and capabilities.
• Contribute to EY Parthenon team and local EY practice.
