Aydın Law, a leading Istanbul-based boutique, seeks an Associate Lawyer with 3–5 years of experience to advise on corporate and commercial matters and participate in litigation and cross-border matters.

You will draft pleadings, review contracts, and coordinate with local and international clients while working closely with senior partners in a fast-paced environment. On-site in Istanbul, with opportunities for professional development.

Qualificações

• Admission to bar in Türkiye and 3–5 years of experience in corporate/commercial law.
• Demonstrated experience in litigation, dispute resolution, and related proceedings.
• Advanced command of English in legal drafting and communication.
• Strong ability to draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Advise domestic and international clients on corporate, commercial and general business law matters.
• Handle litigation and dispute resolution, including drafting pleadings and procedural submissions.
• Manage case files, monitor court proceedings, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda and practical written advice.
• Communicate with clients, counterparties and external counsel on matter progress.
• Assist in structuring corporate transactions, including M&A and reorganizations.
• Review corporate records and transaction documents; support due diligence.
• Identify legal risks and offer practical recommendations to clients.
• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate and commercial contracts and documents.
• Prepare legal opinions on corporate, commercial, regulatory and contentious matters.
