Job summary

GlobalB Law in Istanbul is seeking a 3–5 year associate to join its cross-border corporate team, handling inbound and outbound M&A, joint ventures, and ongoing counsel for Turkish and US‑linked clients.

You will draft and negotiate transaction documents end-to-end, coordinate cross-border diligence, and own day-to-day client communications, with direct partner exposure and a clear path to senior associate within 18 months.

Qualifications

• Istanbul Bar admission with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience at a top-tier firm.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex M&A/ capital markets transactions.

You will draft and negotiate transaction documents end-to-end, coordinate cross-border diligence, and own client communication on day-to-day matters. The role offers direct partner exposure and a clear path to senior associate within 18 months.

What we\'re looking for

• Istanbul Bar admission with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience at a top-tier firm
• Native Turkish + fluent English (drafting and negotiation level)
• Demonstrated M&A or capital markets experience — share-purchase agreements, due diligence, signing/closing mechanics
• Comfortable working US business hours twice a week
