Qualifications

• Passionate about travel and discovering new destinations, cultures
• Strong research skills using digital platforms, travel resources, and local networks
• Comfortable communicating with hotels, local agencies, restaurants, event organizers, and service providers to create tailored travel plans
• Familiar with travel planning platforms such as Tripadvisor, Google Travel, booking platforms, airline websites, and destination-specific resources
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• No travel restrictions and willing to travel when required
• Closely follows trends in culture, gastronomy, arts, events, and lifestyle
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and provide practical solutions to unexpected situations
• Proactive, resourceful, and eager to create memorable travel experiences
• Committed to delivering exceptional service quality and guest experience

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all domestic and international travel arrangements from end to end
• Organize flights, hotels, transfers, visas, and travel itineraries
• Arrange reservations for restaurants, concerts, theatre performances, special events, and unique experiences
• Coordinate payments and oversee all operational aspects related to reservations
• Provide detailed alternatives and recommendations before each trip
• Create unique travel experiences beyond standard destination recommendations
• Provide coordination and on-site guidance during trips when required
• Build strong relationships with international service providers, hotels, restaurants, event organizers, and concierge networks
