Job description

We are looking for someone who doesn’t just travel the world, but truly experiences it. Ordinary tourist routes are not for us. We are looking for a Travel & Lifestyle Coordinator with experience in luxury travel, concierge services, or high-end travel planning; someone who can navigate between a Michelin-starred dining experience and a hidden local seafood restaurant, and who knows not only the world’s finest destinations but also its undiscovered neighborhoods.

What Will You Do in This Role?

• Plan and manage all domestic and international travel arrangements from end to end
• Organize flights, hotels, transfers, visas, and travel itineraries
• Arrange reservations for restaurants, concerts, theatre performances, special events, and unique experiences
• Coordinate payments and oversee all operational aspects related to reservations
• Provide detailed alternatives and recommendations before each trip
• Provide coordination and on-site guidance during trips when required
• Build strong relationships with international service providers, hotels, restaurants, event organizers, and concierge networks

Who Are We Looking For?

• Previous travel consulting experience, primarily across European destinations and preferably in North American and Asian regions as well
• Experience in personal travel advisory, luxury travel, concierge services, or high-end travel planning
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• No travel restrictions and willing to travel frequently
• Closely follows trends in culture, gastronomy, arts, events, and lifestyle
• Highly detail-oriented
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Able to act quickly in unexpected situations and provide practical solutions
• Committed to delivering exceptional guest experience and service quality at all times
