• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and provide practical solutions to unexpected situations
• Proactive, resourceful, and eager to create memorable travel experiences

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all domestic and international travel arrangements from end to end
• Organize flights, hotels, transfers, visas, and travel itineraries
• Arrange reservations for restaurants, concerts, theatre performances, special events, and unique experiences
• Coordinate payments and oversee all operational aspects related to reservations
• Provide detailed alternatives and recommendations before each trip
• Create unique travel experiences beyond standard destination recommendations
• Provide coordination and on-site guidance during trips when required
• Build strong relationships with international service providers, hotels, restaurants, event organizers, and concierge networks

We are looking for a Travel & Lifestyle Coordinator with experience in luxury travel, concierge services, or high-end travel planning; someone who can navigate between a Michelin-starred dining experience and a hidden local seafood restaurant, and who knows not only the world's finest destinations but also its undiscovered neighborhoods.

What Will You Do in This Role?
