Job summary

Fairmont Quasar Istanbul is seeking an experienced Training & Development professional to shape and deliver the Hotel Training Plan across the property. You will coordinate internal and external providers, ensure onboarding compliance, and align programs with brand standards and hotel goals.

You will manage the HERO Learning Portal, create regular reports, monitor training effectiveness, and partner with departments and educational institutions to sustain learning momentum and employee growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in training and facilitation, development of training material, and experience in digital learning.
• Good command of verbal and written English.
• Relevant hospitality industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Review learning needs analysis and assist in shaping the Hotel Training Plan.
• Implement and facilitate the Training Plan aligned with hotel goals.
• Coordinate and deliver training programs from internal and external providers.
• Manage the HERO Learning Portal and ensure staff completion of required training.
• Create and present quarterly reports on training activities and outcomes.
• Develop ongoing training plans and coach leaders at all levels.
