Job summary

Açık Holding's Boreas Technology seeks a Security & Life Safety Systems Project Supervisor to manage the site execution, testing, integration, and commissioning of fire detection, CCTV, access control, and PAVA across data center and critical facility projects.

Based in İstanbul or willing to relocate, you should have 4-5+ years in security and life safety, with strong coordination, reading drawings, and installation readiness skills to deliver complex projects on time.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of experience in security and life safety systems, especially Fire Detection, CCTV, Access Control, and PAVA.
• Knowledge of field devices, control panels, cabling infrastructure, rack/panel layouts, and installation requirements.
• Familiarity with basic IP networks, TCP/IP, and system integration concepts.
• Ability to read security and life safety drawings, schematics, single-line diagrams, and integration documents.
• Based in İstanbul or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site implementation of Fire Detection, PAVA, CCTV, Access Control, and network infrastructure in line with approved drawings and technical specifications.
• Inspect site installations including cabling, cable trays / conduits, device installations, rack / panel layouts, labeling, and system readiness.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, customers, and internal teams during installation and commissioning.
• Support loop tests, functional tests, SAT, and punch list closure.
• Manage integrations with BMS, fire scenarios, security systems, and emergency voice alarm infrastructure.
• Prepare progress reports, testing records, and as-built documentation.

Boreas Technology is looking for a Security & Life Safety Systems Project Supervisor to manage the site execution, testing, integration, and commissioning of security and life safety systems across our data center and critical facility projects.

Your Role

• Supervise on-site implementation of Fire Detection, PAVA, CCTV, Access Control, and network infrastructure in line with approved drawings and technical specifications
• Inspect site installations including cabling, cable trays / conduits, device installations, rack / panel layouts, labeling, and system readiness

Required Skills

• Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Automatic Control Engineering or related fields
• 4-5+ years of experience in security and life safety systems, especially Fire Detection, CCTV, Access Control, and PAVA
• Good knowledge of field devices, control panels, cabling infrastructure, rack / panel layouts, and installation requirements
• Familiarity with basic IP network infrastructure, TCP/IP-based communication, and system integration concepts
• Ability to read security and life safety system drawings, schematics, single-line diagrams, and integration documents
• Based in İstanbul or willing to relocate

Preferred Assets

• Experience in data centers, healthcare, industrial plants, or other critical infrastructure projects
• Experience with Honeywell, Lenel, Siemens, Milestone, Axis, or similar platforms
• English reading skills for technical documentation
