Job summary

TOLON, the leading stand-alone laundry equipment manufacturer, invites an experienced Logistics Specialist in Konak, Turkey, to support export-import operations and international transportation planning. You will coordinate customs procedures and maintain accurate ERP records to sustain our growing global business.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in foreign trade and logistics, strong Excel skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in foreign trade and logistics operations.
• Proficiency in export, import, customs, and international transportation processes.
• Experience with sea, land and air freight organization.
• Advanced proficiency with ERP systems (preferably IFS).
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools, particularly Excel.
• Advanced English language skills (additional foreign language is a plus).

The Logistics and Foreign Trade Department is seeking an experienced Logistics Specialist to support operational sustainability through increased business volume and new client projects. The ideal candidate will actively contribute to export-import operations, international transportation organization, and customs procedures management.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and manage export and import operations
• Plan and coordinate international transportation logistics
• Oversee and coordinate customs clearance procedures
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation
• Update and maintain ERP system records
• Provide operational support and consulting services to clients

Required Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in foreign trade and logistics operations
• Proficiency in export, import, customs, and international transportation processes
• Demonstrated experience in sea, land, and air freight organization
• Advanced proficiency with ERP systems (preferably IFS)
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools, particularly Excel
• Advanced English language skills (additional foreign language is a plus)
