Job summary

Manuport Logistics is seeking an Export Operation Specialist to join our growing team in Istanbul. You will manage end-to-end export activities, coordinate with shipping lines and partners, and ensure top-tier customer service throughout the shipment cycle.

The ideal candidate has a university degree, at least 2 years in export operations, strong English skills, and a proactive, solution-focused mindset. This role is based at our Istanbul HQ in Ataşehir and offers growth opportunities within MPL.

Qualifications

• University degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in export operations, preferably within an ocean freight forwarding or logistics company.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong customer and business orientation with an analytical and solution-focused approach.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• No military obligation for male candidates.
• Position is based at our Istanbul HQ – Allianz Tower, Ataşehir.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer requests and inquiries in line with agreed service levels.
• Organize and coordinate end-to-end export transportation activities for assigned shipments.
• Ensure a high standard of customer service throughout the shipment process.
• Follow up on shipments and proactively communicate status updates and potential issues to customers.
• Identify solutions for operational issues and exceptions by coordinating with relevant internal departments and external partners.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, agents, suppliers, and other service providers to ensure smooth and timely operations.
• Ensure that all required shipment documentation and operational processes are completed accurately and on time.
• Support communication with relevant customer contacts regarding outstanding payments when necessary.

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners.
• Positive, proactive, and professional attitude.
