Job summary

TOLON, the leading stand-alone laundry equipment manufacturer, invites an experienced Logistics Specialist in Konak, Turkey, to support export-import operations and international transportation planning. You will coordinate customs procedures and maintain accurate ERP records to sustain our growing global business.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in foreign trade and logistics, strong Excel skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in foreign trade and logistics operations.
• Proficiency in export, import, customs, and international transportation processes.
• Experience with sea, land and air freight organization.
• Advanced proficiency with ERP systems (preferably IFS).
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools, particularly Excel.
• Advanced English language skills (additional foreign language is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage export and import operations.
• Plan and coordinate international transportation logistics.
• Oversee and coordinate customs clearance procedures.
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation.
• Update and maintain ERP system records.
• Provide operational support and consulting services to clients.
