Job summary

Unifree Duty Free is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to optimize end-to-end shipments across air, road, sea and returns. You will coordinate with Order Management, Supply Planning, Warehouse and Category teams, ensuring on-time delivery dates per Incoterms and airport rules.

You will monitor logistics KPIs such as lead time, freight cost and transit time, report findings, and support the supply and production teams with practical advice to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, supply chain, business administration or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding or supply chain support roles.
• Familiarity with shipment documentation and basic Incoterms.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to track KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end logistics — air, road, sea and return shipments.
• Ensure delivery dates with suppliers and coordinate with Order Management and Warehouse.
• Monitor and report logistics KPIs such as lead time and freight cost.
• Manage and measure performance of logistics service providers.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Ensure efficient coordination of delivery dates and shipment processes with suppliers,
• Coordinate with Order Management, Supply Planning, Warehouse and Category on order status, logistics processes and delivery dates,
• Coordinate end-to-end logistics — air, road, sea and return shipments per Incoterms — directing carriers and the relevant category team,
• Monitor and report logistics KPIs: lead time, freight cost, transit time, vehicle load rates,
• Manage and measure the performance of the logistics service provider,
• Organize shipments and service-road access per airport operator rules; run monthly freight reconciliation with Heinemann,
• Manage domestic transport, vehicle organization and driver coordination,
• Track vehicle waiting penalties issued by the airport operator,
• Assist in tracking logistics KPIs (lead time, freight cost, transit time) and compile regular reports,
• Give technical advice to the supply and production teams and suggest new.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding or supply chain support roles,
• Familiarity with shipment documentation and basic Incoterms,
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail,
• Comfortable with Excel and ERP systems,
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills; comfortable tracking KPIs such as lead time, freight cost and transit time,
• Fluent English,
• Working knowledge of Incoterms and multimodal shipment coordination (air, road, sea).
