Job summary

Unifree Duty Free in Istanbul Airport is seeking a Senior Retail Analytics professional to consolidate and analyze KPI data across boutiques, categories, and staff.

You will build dashboards in Power BI, translate data into practical recommendations for store teams, and benchmark performance against peers, supporting commercial goal-setting with accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail.
• Experience in retail analytics, BI or commercial controlling.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI; SQL a plus.
• Ability to translate data into practical recommendations for store teams.
• Strong attention to detail and report accuracy.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and analyze retail KPIs by boutique, category and staff.
• Build dashboards and periodic reports for the Commercial Director and Boutique Managers.
• Identify trends, outliers and performance improvement opportunities by store/category.
• Support commercial goal-setting and track achievement with boutiques.
• Correlate performance data with Visual Merchandising and Training initiatives to measure impact.
• Benchmark performance against other airport/duty free operators.
• Recommend assortment and stock allocation adjustments based on sell-through data.

• Consolidate and analyze retail KPIs (sales per sqm, conversion, ATV, UPT, sell-through) by boutique, category and staff,
• Build and maintain dashboards and periodic reports for the Commercial Director and Boutique Managers,
• Identify trends, outliers and performance improvement opportunities by store/category,
• Support commercial goal-setting and track achievement with boutiques,
• Correlate performance data with Visual Merchandising and Training initiatives to measure impact,
• Benchmark performance against other airport/duty free operators where data is available,
• Recommend assortment and stock allocation adjustments based on sell-through data.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail sector,
• Experience in retail analytics, BI or commercial controlling (retail, duty free or airport context preferred)
• Advanced Excel and Power BI (or equivalent BI tool); SQL a plus,
• Ability to translate data into practical recommendations for store teams,
• Strong attention to detail and report accuracy,
• Fluent English.
