Job summary

DFDS is seeking a Customer Services Specialist to strengthen our logistics operations and ensure excellent customer experience in Istanbul. You will coordinate with internal teams and clients to keep information flowing and transportation processes smooth.

You will monitor orders, communicate updates, and support continuous improvement of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency while delivering professional presentations and building strong relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years in logistics operations or customer service.
• Proficient in Excel and reporting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics operations and act as a point of contact for customers.
• Monitor document flow, transportation details, and information exchange.
• Track order volumes, provide timely updates, and suggest improvements.
• Participate in customer meetings to strengthen relationships and address needs.
