Karadeniz Holding seeks a seasoned Legal Manager for its Istanbul HQ, focusing on Francophone African markets. You will provide strategic legal guidance, draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements, and ensure regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

The role requires 8+ years in corporate/financing law, fluency in French and English, and strong risk assessment capabilities. Hybrid work setup and global collaboration across teams are offered.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in law from a leading university (LL.M is a plus).
• At least 8 years experience in corporate law, commercial law, financing or related field. Industry experience in energy, shipping or infrastructure is a plus.
• Very good command of French, both written and spoken, is required.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills, attention to detail and sound judgement.
• Strong understanding of commercial and legal risk in complex contracts and ability to provide practical, business-oriented advice.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across teams/time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Provide sound and comprehensive legal advice to the Company on legal matters across assigned Francophone African countries.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize various contracts including PPAs, charter, sale/purchase, supply, SPAs, loans and intercompany documents.
• Oversee legal matters related to projects in the assigned region and support contract execution.
• Work with the Business Development team on tender documents, proposals, term sheets, and project documents.
• Negotiate legal and commercial matters with customers, suppliers, partners, and authorities.
• Monitor changes in laws/regulations and ensure compliance of operations.
