Karadeniz Holding seeks a Global Tax Assistant Manager for its Holding Financial Affairs & Global Tax department at the Istanbul HQ. The role focuses on tax compliance, reporting, planning, and cross-border tax issues in a multinational context.

English proficiency and strong communication are essential. The candidate should have a CPA and a law degree or a Master’s in Tax, with at least four years in a multinational setting, and be able to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Advanced degree and CPA plus law or Masters in Tax preferred.
• Minimum 4 years in a multinational corporation with audit firm experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in tax compliance and reporting across jurisdictions.
• Follow tax legislation updates to identify planning opportunities or issues.
• Ensure timely and accurate returns, reports, and payments worldwide.
