Job summary

EMF Motor Ltd. in Turkey seeks an experienced sales professional to drive industrial accounts across domestic and international markets. You will identify new customers, plan visits, and promote products by phone and in person.

You will monitor market trends, collaborate with the marketing team, support trade shows, and manage the full sales cycle from order to payment, ensuring accurate data and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial sales and marketing.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• No restrictions on domestic and international travel.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong presentation, organization, and communication skills.
• Effective time management and reporting abilities.
• Skilled in negotiation and comfortable working in multicultural environments.
• Highly motivated, self-disciplined, and a team player.
• Detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Identify and acquire new customers.
• Prepare and execute regular customer visit plans.
• Contact potential customers by phone to promote products.
• Prepare visit reports and maintain customer data.
• Gather market trends and insights from the field.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop plans for assigned territories.
• Monitor and analyze competitors and market activity.
• Support the marketing team in setting up marketing operations, processes, and infrastructure for new markets/regions.
• Assist in managing and organizing trade shows and exhibitions.
• Ensure smooth handling of export procedures related to sales activities.
• Follow up the full sales process from order to payment collection, including after-sales support.
