Job summary

Hayat is seeking a Senior Production Engineer to join the Hygiene Production team in Kocaeli. The role focuses on organizing resources, ensuring quality and safe production, and driving process improvements in the diaper production line.

The ideal candidate holds a mechanical engineering degree with at least 4 years in production, preferably with baby diaper production experience. Lean manufacturing, SAP knowledge, and strong English skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Min. 4 years of experience in production.
• Experience in Baby Diaper production preferred.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing (Kaizen, 5S, TPM) and problem solving.
• SAP knowledge preferred and MS Office proficiency.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Living in or willing to relocate to Kocaeli; travel is not restricted.
• No military obligation for male candidates.
