Hayat is seeking a Global Robotics Systems Manager to join our Global Technology Development team at the Kocaeli headquarters. You will drive automation, digitalization, and robotic transformations across multiple facilities, collaborating with international teams to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.

The role requires 10+ years in automation and a strong track record in leading multidisciplinary projects, with fluency in English and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Control & Automation, Mechatronics or related field.
• 10+ years in automation, machine design and robotics within large-scale manufacturing.
• Evaluate automation maturity, robot density, and tech adoption across lines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure synchronization between mechanical design and automation teams for new machines.
• Define strategic roadmap for automation, digitalization, and robotic transformation.
• Evaluate automation maturity and integration levels on lines; drive improvements.
• Adapt AI-powered systems to lines to improve quality.
• Plan, budget, and coordinate retrofit projects to extend lines’ life.
• Lead MTM line balancing, cycle time reduction, and downtime optimization using Six Sigma.

We are currently seeking a talented " Global Robotics Systems Manager " to join our dynamic “Global Technology Development” team. Based at our “Headquarters” in “Kocaeli”, this role will contribute to transformative projects under the Consumer Group “Global”.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Control & Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of solid experience in automation, machine design, and robotic systems within large-scale manufacturing environments,
• Periodically evaluate automation maturity, robot density, and technology adaptation levels across all lines,
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and crisis management capabilities,
• Strong ability to influence and collaborate across functions, supported by excellent communication and stakeholder management skills,
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary and international teams,
• Highly proactive, self-motivated, and accountable, with a strong ownership and results-driven mindset,
• Excellent planning, prioritization, organization, and execution skills,
• Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to manage changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic corporate environment,
• Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, learning, and new technologies,
• Fluent in written and spoken English,
• Willingness to travel as required by the role,
• Based in Kocaeli or willing to relocate to Kocaeli.

Responsibilities :

• To ensure full synchronization between the mechanical design and automation teams to achieve the integration of newly developed machines or units,
• To determine and implement the strategic roadmap for automation, digitalization, and robotic transformation of the facilities,
• To evaluate the automation maturity level, industrial robot utilization and integration levels on the lines, and technology adaptation,
• To adapt artificial intelligence-powered systems and smart factory applications to the lines to increase production quality,
• To plan, budget, and coordinate automation retrofit projects to extend the lifespan of existing production lines and machinery, and to adapt obsolete/end-of-life PLCs, drives, and control systems to current technologies,
• To lead line balancing (MTM), cycle time reduction, and downtime optimization projects using 6 Sigma (Black Belt level) methodologies,
• To lead the engineering and technician team working in the field of automation and robotic systems, plan their competency development, and coordinate field operations.
