Job summary

Hayat is seeking an R&D Senior Researcher to join the Applied R&D Detergent team at the Headquarters in Kocaeli. The role focuses on leading advanced projects within the global Consumer Group and shaping new product development strategies.

The candidate will drive trials, collaborate with international subsidiaries, and contribute to cross-functional detergent product innovations in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering or science is required.
• 3+ years of experience in R&D projects, preferably in detergents or cosmetics.
• Excellent problem solving and crisis management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Able to adapt to a dynamic corporate environment and deliver results.
• Fluent in English and willing to travel.
• Located in or able to relocate to Kocaeli.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for laboratory and production trials in new product development; conduct trials and report results timely.
• Make routine visits to international subsidiaries to monitor projects and adapt products.
• Contribute to product development projects as a team member.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Possessing an engineering or science degree at the masters level is a must,3+ years of experience in R&D projects preferably within the detergent or cosmetics industries,
• Excellent problem solving skills and crisis management,
• Ability to leverage interpersonal skills into forming strong relationships and having excellent communication skills
• Ability to adapt well to the changing conditions of a very dynamic corporate environment,
• Self-motivated person with the ability to quickly understand objectives and independently manage to deliver results,
• Strategic thinking skills,
• Fluency in English,
• No restriction to travel,
• Located/able to locate in Kocaeli.
