Job summary

Hayat is seeking an experienced SAP PP/PM specialist to own end-to-end production planning for multi-site operations in Turkey. You will drive requirements from feasibility through go-live, coordinating with MM, SD, FI, CO, EWM, PM, and QM teams.

Join a global digital transformation effort focused on low-code, RPA, AI, and LLM-enabled SAP solutions, while mentoring AMS teams and delivering user training at İzmit and Gebze sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP PP.
• End-to-end knowledge of production planning: BOM, MRP, Routing, Capacity Planning.
• Experience in SAP PM or SAP QM modules.
• Experience with integrations across MM, SD, FI, CO, EWM, etc.
• Experience with MES, LIMS, PLM, and other systems.
• Strong SAP reporting and BI skills.
• Multi-site/international experience preferred; English required.
• KVKK/data privacy knowledge; no travel restrictions; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage SAP PP processes and related third-party systems end-to-end.
• Manage lifecycle of business requirements from feasibility to go-live and support.
• Collaborate with SAP Module Executives to align MM, SD, FI, CO, EWM, PM, QM.
• Develop solutions aligned with global template while managing local deviations.
• Lead projects and change requests via JIRA following ITIL principles.
• Monitor project risks, budgets, and execution; report deviations and suggest improvements.
• Identify low-code, RPA, AI, and LLM opportunities within SAP PP/PM/QM.
• Mentor AMS teams and provide daily support guidance.
• Conduct weekly visits to İzmit and Gebze business units.
• Deliver user training and prepare process documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP PP.
• End-to-end knowledge of production planning processes, including MRP, Bill of Materials (BOM), Routing, Capacity Planning, Production Orders, and Production Confirmations.
• Experience in at least one of the SAP PM or SAP QM modules.
• Experience with integrations across other SAP modules (MM, SD, FI, CO, EWM, etc.).
• Experience managing integrations with MES, LIMS, PLM, maintenance, quality, automation, and other third-party systems.
• Strong understanding of positioning operational reporting within SAP and analytical reporting within the BI layer.
• A solution-oriented mindset that prioritizes SAP standard functionalities while keeping custom developments at a reasonable level, and is able to contribute to low-code, RPA, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Large Language Model (LLM)-based digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience working in multi-site or international environments, following global templates while effectively managing local business requirements.
• Ability to manage projects and change requests end-to-end, with hands-on experience in ITIL processes and JIRA.
• Experience supporting Level-2 operations and coordinating with AMS (Application Management Services) teams.
• Strong risk management, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver data-driven reporting.
• Strong collaboration skills with business stakeholders and willingness to conduct site visits.
• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English.
• Results-oriented, flexible, and solution-driven.
• Knowledge of KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law) and data privacy principles.
• No travel restrictions; active driver's license and ability to drive. Military service must be completed for male candidates.

Job Description

• Own and manage SAP PP processes, along with the assigned SAP PM or SAP QM processes and related third-party systems, taking end-to-end responsibility for production planning processes with a Product Owner mindset.
• Manage the full lifecycle of business requirements, from feasibility analysis through development, testing, go-live, user training, and post-implementation support, ensuring stakeholder expectations are delivered on time.
• Work closely with other SAP Module Executives within the Digital Technologies team to ensure seamless integration and alignment with MM, SD, FI, CO, EWM, PM, and QM processes.
• Collaborate with global and local key users to develop solutions aligned with the global template while effectively managing and justifying local deviations.
• Lead projects and major change requests, ensuring they are tracked and managed through JIRA in accordance with ITIL principles.
• Monitor project risks, budgets, and overall execution; proactively report deviations and recommend improvement actions.
• Identify opportunities for low-code, RPA, AI, and LLM-based solutions within SAP PP, PM, and QM processes, and collaborate with technology teams to implement them.
• Guide AMS teams handling daily support requests and provide technical mentoring when required.
• Conduct weekly visits to business units located in İzmit and Gebze.
• Deliver user training, prepare process documentation, and provide mentoring to team members.
