Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1–2 years in Project Management, Business Development, Strategy or similar.
• Management Trainee experience is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution and monitoring of cross-functional projects.
• Assist in driving business improvement and coordinate actions.
• Analyze business performance data and prepare insights for management.
• Collaborate with departments and external stakeholders to drive process improvements.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations and meeting materials.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Promote best practices and continuous improvement methodologies.
