Job summary

Hödlmayr International AG in Turkey is seeking a proactive Claims & Quality Coordinator to support end-to-end claim processes, quality management tasks, and insurance coordination from our Ümraniye office.

You hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 1–2 years’ experience in claims or logistics, fluent English, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; ISO knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Claims, Quality, Customer Service, or Logistics Operations.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of ISO Quality Management Systems standards is required; prior experience is considered a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Register, investigate and follow up claim files in a timely manner.
• Handle end-to-end claims process including documentation, submission, negotiation with insurance providers, and settlement.
• Contribute to root cause investigations and monitor corrective actions.
• Prepare claim files for submission to insurance carriers and support follow-up of the claim handling process.
