Job summary

istanbulite is a luxury boutique travel agency in Istanbul offering private tours, premium vehicles, and concierge services. We seek a full-time Junior Tour Coordinator to support design and coordination of bespoke tours and workshops, coordinating guides, vehicles, and reservations with clients and partners.

The role emphasizes on-site and remote collaboration, strong communication in English (Turkish helpful), and the ability to manage multiple bookings while delivering high-touch service

Qualifications

• Experience or strong interest in Guided Tours and tour coordination within luxury/boutique travel.
• Customer service skills: responsiveness, empathy, client-focused approach in multicultural settings.
• Clear and professional communication in English; Turkish and other languages are a plus.
• Event management for workshops and complex itineraries with multiple stakeholders.
• Sales skills including upselling premium experiences.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines.
• Comfort with digital tools, reservation systems, and travel/CRM platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support design and coordination of custom private tours and workshops.
• Schedule guides and arrange luxury vehicles; confirm reservations with partners and vendors.
• Communicate with clients and travel consultants via email, phone, and online platforms to clarify preferences and share itineraries.
• Prepare detailed tour documents and maintain accurate booking records.
• Assist with on-the-ground coordination for last-minute requests and ensure smooth logistics.
