SAR Türkiye, part of The Travel Collection, is hiring in Istanbul to sell Turkey as a luxury Curated Journey for American guests via advisors. You’ll turn inquiries into immersive itineraries, close bookings, and build long-term advisor relationships.

Based full-time in our Istanbul office, you’ll own the full sales cycle, respond rapidly, negotiate rates and upgrades, and grow with a small, high‑caliber team within a global network.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in luxury travel sales across retail, a DMC, or FIT experience.
• Strong ability to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Excellent English and ability to build trust with advisors.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from enquiry to confirmed booking.
• Respond to advisor enquiries quickly and build value-based itineraries.
• Negotiate rates, upgrades, and maintain warm relationships after bookings.
• Work Monday to Friday by phone, email, and video with occasional after-hours availability.
