Job summary

NRF is seeking a Junior People Business Partner to join its HR team in a production environment in Turkey. You will serve as a first point of contact for HR inquiries, handling payroll data and ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

You will manage temporary staff processes, contribute to cross-functional HR projects, analyze statistics, and support training and development while coordinating with external payroll providers.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation and employment law.
• Excellent knowledge on payroll.
• Completed HBO education and relevant work experience.
• Strong proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).

Responsibilities

• Providing support to employees in various HR related topics (such as compensation, leavers etc.) and resolving any issues or problems
• Manage temporary staff and related processes
• Collect and validate payroll data and cooperate with external payroll provider
• Ensure that practices comply with labor law, agreements and procedures and manage legal matters such as dispute, disciplinary procedures and dismissals
• Review and update mandatory documents (f.e. DUERP, DUE, internal regulations)
• Serving as a liaison with external organizations
• Analyze and report on relevant statistics
• Analyze training needs, development plans and manage logistics and administration
• Contribute to cross-functional HR projects
