Job summary
oBilet Bilişim Sistemleri A.Ş is seeking a motivated Performance Marketing Assistant to support Obilet.com campaigns across Google Ads, SEO, and Facebook Ads. You will monitor key metrics, analyze data, and help identify trends to improve outcomes.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of hands-on experience in performance marketing, plus fluent English and strong Excel/Sheets skills. Hybrid working and growth opportunities available.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required in a related field or engineering/statistics preferred.
- Minimum 1 year hands-on experience in performance marketing channels (Google Ads, Criteo, Facebook Business Manager, etc.).
- Fluent in English with good MS Office/Sheets skills.
Responsibilities
- Understand basics of Google Ads, SEO, Facebook Ads and other digital channels.
- Track and analyze campaign KPIs daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Research industry trends and markets to inform campaigns.
- Create Google Ads campaigns and use bulk editing tools for changes.
- Collaborate with the team to solve problems and optimize performance.
