Job summary

UM Türkiye is seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Associate to support performance campaigns and optimization across paid channels. You will help build and optimize ads strategies, manage budgets, and leverage data insights to improve ROI.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the Paid Marketing Lead and cross-team coordination. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in digital marketing, strong analytical skills, and fluent English, with hands-on experience in Google Analytics, Google Ads,
