Job summary

oBilet Bilişim Sistemleri A.Ş is seeking a motivated Performance Marketing Assistant to support Obilet.com campaigns across Google Ads, SEO, and Facebook Ads. You will monitor key metrics, analyze data, and help identify trends to improve outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of hands-on experience in performance marketing, plus fluent English and strong Excel/Sheets skills. Hybrid working and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field or engineering/statistics preferred.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on experience in performance marketing channels (Google Ads, Criteo, Facebook Business Manager, etc.).
• Fluent in English with good MS Office/Sheets skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand basics of Google Ads, SEO, Facebook Ads and other digital channels.
• Track and analyze campaign KPIs daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Research industry trends and markets to inform campaigns.
• Create Google Ads campaigns and use bulk editing tools for changes.
• Collaborate with the team to solve problems and optimize performance.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Basic understanding of Google Ads, SEO, Facebook Ads, etc.
• Basic understanding of different digital marketing KPIs and analytics
• Research industry trends, and markets
• Tracking campaign performance daily, weekly and monthly
• Create google ads campaigns and using bulk editing tools to make multiple changes on Google Ads Editor
• Working closely with other team to them problem solve and discussing

To be successful in this role, you need to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree from a university, preferably in Engineering, Statistics, and other related departments
• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience in performance marketing channels (Google Ads, Criteo, Facebook Business Manager etc.)
• Creative and data‑driven mindset
• Fluency in English both written and oral
• Excellent command of MS Office or Google Sheets applications
• Passionate about new ideas and methods to address customers’ needs and expectations
• Willingness to learn and self‑development
• Problem‑solving skills, you don’t have to know the answer to every question, but you need to have the skills to find the correct answer
