Job summary

Human Kapital is seeking an IT System Administrator for our manufacturing client. The role focuses on user support, hardware/software infrastructure management, and collaboration with the central IT team abroad. You will ensure reliable IT operations and assist in global coordination.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of IT experience, strong English, and hands-on experience with Windows, Office, SAP, and hardware. Willingness to travel periodically and relocate to Tekirdağ area is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5–8 years IT experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Good command of English.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows client systems and Office applications.
• Experience with SAP systems.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals.
• Experience in user support or field support preferred.
• Team player, open to travel and adaptation to Tekirdağ area.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support to users, troubleshooting and training.
• Manage lifecycle of computers and workstations from deployment to decommissioning.
• Oversee handover and setup of new systems to users per checklists.
• Plan, prioritize, and resolve support requests.
• Serve as the first point of contact at the user help desk.
• Keep hardware and software inventory up to date and document processes.

IT SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

We are seeking a System Administrator for our client, an international corporation in the manufacturing sector, on whose behalf we are conducting this search.

This role will be responsible for user support processes, management of the hardware and software infrastructure, and coordination of joint work with the central IT team abroad. It will help keep the company’s information technology infrastructure running reliably and efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 5-8 years of IT experience, preferably in manufacturing companies
• Good command of English
• Advanced knowledge of Windows client systems and Office applications

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Provide on‑site technical support to users, including troubleshooting and resolving issues, installation, equipment relocation, and IT guidance and training
2. Manage the full lifecycle of computers and workstations, from deployment to decommissioning
