Responsibilities

• Provide IT hardware and software support to users; diagnose and resolve issues.
• Configure and maintain IT equipment; manage software licensing lifecycle.

• Participate in information security initiatives and data analysis.
• Plan and maintain IT infrastructure including rooms, cabinets, and printers.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our internal and external clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT services. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide support for IT hardware and software issues to users, promptly and efficiently respond to user inquiries, diagnose problems, provide solutions, and offer IT service training
• Responsible for configuring, distributing, and maintaining of IT Equipment such as laptops/computers etc. , as well as managing the software licensing lifecycle.
• Responsible for improving user satisfaction, continuous service improvement, service reporting, software management, IT asset management, and other related work.
• Participate in the company's information security construction, analyze relevant data information, and conduct necessary audits in case of violations.
• Responsible for planning, constructing, and maintaining of IT infrastructure such as conference rooms, weak current cabinets, and printer installation and configuration.
• Responsible for the full process management of IT assets from demand collecting 、procurement to scrapping, doing a good job in IT warehouse management, ensuring that accounts match reality, and optimizing asset efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest IT industry trends and technologies to provide innovative support solutions.
• Follow the IT requirements of the China HQ to ensure the company's standards, policies, and processes are effectively implemented and adhered to locally, and optimize policies and plans based on local conditions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in IT services, IT support, or IT operations. Experience in medium-to-large organizations is preferred.
• Familiar with the fundamentals of large-scale network architecture and proficient in desktop operation and maintenance tools, software and systems. Knowledge of maintenance management.
• Solid understanding of enterprise network architecture and IT infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of desktop support, operating systems, troubleshooting tools, and end-user computing environments.
• Experience with Active Directory (AD), domain environments, and PC management.
• Priority will be given to candidates with ITIL certification and experience in network authentication, information security system construction and process implementation management.
• Familiarity with ITIL principles and IT service management processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive approach, strong sense of ownership, and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and functions.
• Experience working in cross-cultural and international environments.
• Professional working proficiency in both English and Turkish is required.
